Leadership
All board members have been serving BeLight since its establishment in 2024.
Board President
A seasoned structural engineer and co-founder of BPC. He guides the organization's vision and strategic direction, ensuring BeLight remains focused on practical, effective, and mission-driven work.
Board Vice President
A civil engineer and entrepreneur serving on the Board since 2024. His infrastructure background is especially valuable in BeLight's school facility development and economic empowerment work.
Board Secretary
A co-founder and development practitioner with extensive nonprofit experience, including World Vision. Her expertise in child welfare and women's empowerment shapes BeLight's governance and programs.
Board Member
An engineer and nonprofit leader with a strong focus on vulnerable rural communities, children, girls, and women. Guided by her faith, she brings compassion, discipline, and integrity to BeLight's board.

With experience in clinical pharmacy and theology, he offers BeLight thoughtful guidance grounded in both professional knowledge and community service, shaping programs that respond to real needs.

Operations
Founder & Executive Director
A civil engineer with 8+ years in the nonprofit sector, specializing in WASH interventions across rural Ethiopia. As founder, he provides visionary leadership and drives BeLight's partnerships and program delivery.
Internal Auditor
Ensures financial controls, compliance, and accountability standards are upheld across the organization's operations and reporting.
Finance Officer
Manages day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and donor fund stewardship in line with BPC's commitment to full transparency and accountability.
